Contract Management In 2001 when Kontrax was founded the
firms primary area of business was pharmaceutical and biotechnology contracting.
With corporate offices in Philadelphia, PA the firm is perfectly positioned in
the pharmaceutical beltway, midway between New Jersey and Delaware.
This, along with the more than seven years of pharmaceutical experience held by
the firms founder Tiffany Sizemore Cherry, the decision was made to specialize
in what we know. Today, the firm negotiates clinical study and related agreements
all around the globe. Through a network of attorneys, clinical research associates
and contract managers located throughout the world, the firm has guided numerous
physicians, clinical research organizations and sponsor companies through a variety
of matters including the EU Data Protection Act, HIPPA, and the new EU Clinical

of pharmaceutical and biotechnology funds per year. In doing so we assure the
